Senior Sales Executive
• Plan and implement sales strategies for advertising services, including commercial ads, video programs, and other advertising services in line with the company’s business goals.
• Find and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuous sales and client loyalty.
• Analyze the market, advertising trends, client needs, and competitor activities to offer effective advice and solutions.
• Negotiate, prepare, and finalize sales agreements with clients or business partners while adhering to company policies and conditions.
• Prepare proposals for advertising packages and price quotes according to customer requirements.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to junior sales staff to improve team capacity and work efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to inform management about sales performance.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of advertising services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
