Customer Service $300
● Welcome and assist customers professionally while introducing the clinic’s services and products.
● Promote and sell aesthetic treatments and skincare products to clients.
● Interpret between Korean or English to Khmer during doctor consultations with clients (Korean doctors).
● Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through social media platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other communication channels.
● Maintain and update customer records, treatment histories, and service packages accurately.
● Follow up with clients after treatments and coordinate future appointments.
● Handle customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in English, Korean, or a related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a Beauty & Aesthetic Clinic or related industry.
● Pleasant appearance with a professional image; height of 160 cm or above is preferred.
● Age between 18 and 35 years.
● Fluent in English or Korean (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
● Friendly, polite, confident, and customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to promote clinic services and products.
● Demonstrates leadership potential, good organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility.
==> Able to work full-time, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
Salary: Starting from USD 300 (based on qualifications and experience)
