Site Engineer ( 2 positions)

- Update photos of team activities for all work force.
- Inspect and monitor the production work of the production team.
- Do not leave the site during working hours without permission.
- In case of leaving the site, update the information in the group telegram.
- Send photos of technicians and supervisors’ work activities during check-in times (7:00 AM and 1:00 PM) and report any cases of workers starting work late.
- Ensure that everyone on site wears the proper uniform at all times, including reflective jackets, helmets, and safety boots.
- All material purchase requests must be planned at least 1 to 2 days in advance.
- Properly prepare project documents, including work activity reports, and reports on any changes.
- Analyze, inspect, and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with safety policies and standards, minimizing risks that could cause delays or safety issues, and ensuring projects can be completed on schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and identify any issues, ensuring work is carried out according to the approved plans and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with the purchasing to ensure that all materials delivered to the site meet work stand-ards.
- Be fully responsible for inspecting and controlling the quality of all construction materials to en-sure they meet architectural standards. For completed subcontractor works, ensure proper inspec-tion, compliance with requirements, and attach work acceptance documents (signed by the site en-gineer).
- Maintain a checklist for all materials returned to the warehouse.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the department head and the Managing Director.
