Branch Manager
- Manage the overall daily operations and performance of the Siem Reap branch.
- Oversee sales distribution, warehouse, inventory and delivery operations.
- Ensure products are properly received, stored, and delivered to customers by Sales Drivers.
- Monitor stock levels, stock accuracy, expiry dates and product movement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Manage branch staff, including attendance, performance, discipline and manpower planning by working with HR of Head office.
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Prepare regular sales, stock, delivery and operational reports for Head Office.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, distributors and local business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, product safety, warehouse and security requirements.
- Support the setup and smooth operation of the new Siem Reap branch.
