Program Manager – Education and GEDSI
- Provide advice and support to strengthen program quality.
- Support comprehensive analysis and policy advice on key areas of Australia’s development program, including but not limited to social inclusion, public service delivery, social policy reforms, and education through producing analytical and advisory products, including policy briefs, strategic analysis papers and decision-support documents.
- Support the effective management of the design, implementation and monitoring of Australia’s development programs and activities, within the Human Development portfolio including monitoring progress, managing relationships, program performance, contract management, risk management, financial and budget management and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong networks with counterparts across the Royal Government of Cambodia, managing contractors, civil society, private sector and international organisations to support the effective delivery, coordination and impact of Australia’s human development programs.
- Develop or review briefings, policy papers, correspondence, speeches, social media, presentations, and minutes as related to Embassy priorities.
