Head Of Property Management, Marketing Officer, Junior Photographer & Videographer, and Others
- Lead and manage the Property Management Department, including daily operations, team performance, KPIs, and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow IPS Cambodia’s managed property portfolio and improve departmental performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, condominium managers, investors, and other industry partners.
- Identify and convert new Property Management opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Rental teams.
- Oversee managed properties, including tenancies, inspections, handovers, maintenance, deposits, documentation, and client matters.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, complaints, and complex property management issues.
- Oversee rental collection and coordinate with Accounting on owner payments, deposits, expenses, and financial records.
- Monitor departmental revenue, costs, profitability, and overall operational performance.
- Develop and improve Property Management policies, procedures, reporting systems, and operational standards.
- Work closely with other departments and Senior Management to manage risks and support company-wide objectives.
