Factory Manager
- Lead and manage daily factory operations and production activities to achieve targets for volume, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 120 employees, including workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, promotion, and development.
- Plan and optimize the use of manpower, raw materials, machinery, facilities, and other resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Ensure effective quality management and product conformity, including management of non-conforming products and customer complaints.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, QMS, EHS requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor KPIs, production performance, downtime, productivity, wastage, quality, and costs, and take timely corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure effective preventive/predictive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.
- Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Plantation, Sustainability, Warehouse, Procurement, and senior management to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and provide recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
- Serve as Management Representative for quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety systems, supporting certification audits, customer audits, internal audits, corrective actions, and management reviews.
- Make timely decisions on major production, quality, resource, and operational issues while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.
