Prepare event schedules, checklists, staffing plans and equipment requirements.
Coordinate event setup, service and pack-down.
Lead, brief and supervise event crew during events.
Ensure high standards of food & beverage service, presentation and guest experience.
Work closely with the Sales & Partnerships Executive to ensure confirmed client requirements are properly delivered.
