Audit Planning & Execution:
Lead end-to-end financial, operational, and compliance audit assignments in accordance with professional auditing standards.
Conduct risk-based audit programs, tailored testing procedures, and work schedules.
Conduct detailed field testing, analyze financial data, and evaluate internal control systems.
Reporting & Advisory:
Draft clear, concise, and structured audit reports highlighting control weaknesses, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
Present audit findings and recommendations to management and audit committees, where possible.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure full compliance with Cambodian Law on Accounting and Auditing, Cambodian Financial Reporting Standards (CIFRS/CIFRS for SMEs/CFRS for NFPEs), and applicable tax regulations.
Identify potential risk areas, fraud indicators, or operational inefficiencies.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Supervise, guide, and review the work of Junior Audit Associates.
Provide continuous feedback and support team development.
