MARKETING & BUSINESS Development EXECUTIVE
- Develop new customers and increase BIOPATRA sales.
- Focus primarily on customer acquisition and order generation.
- Identify customers in Cambodia and international markets.
- Target importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
- Approach hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and food businesses.
- Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp, email and direct customer outreach.
- Generate leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Arrange and conduct customer appointments and visits.
- Present BIOPATRA products, samples, specifications and pricing.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Negotiate within approved company pricing and terms.
- Convert leads into actual orders and repeat business.
- Develop B2B customers, distributors and new markets.
- Develop international/export sales opportunities.
- Contact overseas buyers through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities.
- Create product posts, videos, reels and promotional content.
- Convert social media enquiries into qualified sales leads.
- Support online advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs and networking events.
- Represent BIOPATRA professionally and collect potential customer contacts.
- Follow up exhibition leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Research market demand, competitors, pricing and new customer segments.
- Identify businesses using plastic/non-biodegradable tableware.
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect and sales records.
- Submit regular daily/weekly sales and business-development reports.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, sales and customer-acquisition skills.
- Own reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally and internationally
