Job Opportunity
- Define a multi-year development and fundraising strategy for Rabbit School, including a clear rollout plan with concrete funding opportunities and innovative fundraising approaches.
- Identify potential donors and cultivate strong relationships with institutional, corporate, and private supporters.
- Network with key stakeholders and develop partnerships with local and international NGOs, companies, and schools.
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns throughout the year.
- Develop Rabbit School’s communication strategy and corresponding rollout plan.
- Oversee one Communications Officer and ensure effective implementation of the communications strategy and brand guidelines across platforms.
- Produce newsletters and social media content as needed.
- Respond to calls for proposals and prepare high-quality funding submissions for existing and new projects.
- Support donor reporting by collecting data and preparing impact reports in collaboration with the Program Manager and Finance Manager.
- Manage volunteers and interns who assist with fundraising and communications activities.
- Support the Managing Director with other reasonable tasks as required.
