The successful candidate will
Implement the Liberty Mastery Series Curriculum effectively and consistently
Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities
Assess and document student learning and progress regularly
Provide appropriate supervision, guidance, and support to students
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
Work closely with and mentor classroom assistants
Prepare teaching materials, learning centers, and classroom resources
Maintain an organized, purposeful, and visually engaging classroom
Communicate regularly with parents and the academic department regarding student progress
Prepare student report cards and other required academic documentation
Contribute ideas and support the ongoing development of the school’s curriculum
Contribute to the school’s monthly newsletter and other educational communications
Take responsibility for the proper use and care of school materials, equipment, and resources
Participate actively in professional development, training, school activities, and events
Carry out other reasonable responsibilities assigned by school management
