Follow the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and the Jolly English program to lead and teach an international nursery classroom for ages 2 – 4.
Incorporate the Montessori principle of a prepared environment to invest time into preparing the classroom space, learning materials, daily learning routine, and learning activities.
Mentor Cambodian teaching assistants.
Maintain a high level of international standards for student supervision and safety.
Work in a team with teaching assistants to achieve a high level of classroom learning.
Appropriately use the environment to facilitate and encourage learning through play.
Complete evaluations and report learning outcomes to parents and the school administration.
