Develop, implement and manage our social media and communications strategy;
Manage and oversee social media content / campaign and communication content;
Develop and implement supporter journeys to assist with audience definition, content and timing;
Define the digital media KPIs, monthly reporting of analytics and measure the success of digital campaigns;
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies;
Use social media marketing tools, Google analytics, Facebook/Social media insights, Hootsuite;
Copywriting and basic design is needed as well as working alongside our photographers, videographers, and designers, to ensure content is informative and appealing;
Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams internationally;
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;
Website editing using Wordpress or Craft.
