Australian Visa & Migration Case Manager
- Professional English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. The interview and all communication of this role will be in English.
- High-Pressure Performance: Ability to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment while hitting established KPIs.
- Camera Confidence: Must be comfortable and charismatic on video for social media marketing.
- Sales Mindset: Proven ability to manage social media leads and convert them into successful client registrations.
- Office & Collaboration: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Teams and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Creative & Content Tools: Highly proficient in CapCut and Canva for high-quality content creation.
- Communication & Social Management: Advanced experience managing Telegram and Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), with a deep understanding of the TikTok platform.
- Integrity: Absolute commitment to ethical conduct. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Migration Agent and are strictly prohibited from providing unauthorised immigration advice.
- Case Management: Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with a focus on meeting strict deadlines, proactive client follow-up, and maintaining precise, timely case notes.
- Please Note: This role is strictly administrative, operational, and client-engagement focused. This position does not involve providing migration or immigration advice. All immigration guidance and legal advice are strictly handled by a Registered Migration Agent.
