Register new businesses with the Ministry of Commerce, managing the process from application through to incorporation
Apply for, renew, and track Ministry licenses required for company and client operations
Prepare and submit Ministry of Commerce (MoC) annual declarations on time and in full compliance
Government & Regulatory Liaison
Draft formal correspondence to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC)
Visit ministries and government offices in person to submit documents and check on application status
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of filings, licenses, and government correspondence
Contract Review & Client Advisory
Review and draft commercial agreements and contracts on behalf of the company and its clients
Advise clients and internal stakeholders on legal compliance and regulatory matters
