Marketing and Communications Officer
- Digital Communications, Social Media, and AI Integration:
- Develop and implement CKS's social media strategy across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Leverage AI tools (such as Gemini Pro) to draft, optimize, and streamline bilingual (Khmer-English) social media and web content.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar covering fellowships, library services, publications, events, and institutional news.
- Manage online communities by responding to inquiries, monitoring engagement, and leveraging automation tools.
- Strategic Content Development and Curation:
- Produce high-quality visual and multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling stories showcasing CKS research, fellows, programs, and institutional impact.
- Utilize AI translation tools to accelerate workflow while ensuring cultural accuracy, nuance, and editorial standard alignment for Khmer and English outputs.
- Maintain CKS branding and editorial standards.
- Website, Marketing & Analytics:
- Maintain and update the CKS website with news, fellowship announcements, events, and publications.
- Produce and distribute regular e-newsletters to donors, alumni, academic partners, and subscribers using AI and automation tools.
- Monitor digital performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with recommendations to optimize reach and engagement.
- Public Relations & Event Promotion:
- Organize and manage online and hybrid events including webinars and workshops ensuring smooth technical operations and participant engagement.
- Promote CKS programs, including fellowship calls, workshops, public lectures, conferences, exhibitions, and library events.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
- Maintain active relationships with media outlets, universities, and partner organizations.
