Head Projects
- Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Construction Project Management
- Oversee and guide the team in managing projects independently, efficiently and to quality standards.
- Manage budgets and administrative expenses in accordance with approved budgets and internal regulations.
- Plan annual project activities and financials, including cost estimates, budgets, timeframes, log frames, contracts and baselines, with partners for Country Director approval.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities, outputs and outcomes in line with the M&E plan.
- Conduct project risk mitigation.
- Provide regular updates to the Country Director and prepare timely project progress reports
- Lead the identification, development and implementation of new projects and interventions, including baseline surveys.
- Lead and Develop the Project Team
- Lead our project team by setting an example and fostering empathy.
- Build a strong team spirit within the organisation.
- Promote the capacity development of each team member and develop and maintain a strong feedback culture in the team.
- Collaborate with the Country Director, Head Finance & Office Administration – Cambodia and Regional HR team on Human Resources Planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain effective relationships with our stakeholders, community members, constructors and education partners
- Facilitate donor visits to showcase our impactful work
