Barista Specialist
- Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain beverage quality and consistency
- Support the development and improvement of beverage menus
- Train and guide barista staff when required
- Monitor equipment, ingredients, and hygiene standards
- Travel to provincial branches to support operations and training
- Coordinate with R&D/Operations teams on new beverage products and recipes
Jobs Requirement
- 2–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar position
- Good knowledge of coffee, beverages, and barista techniques
- Able to travel to provinces when required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in training or coaching other baristas is an advantage
