Technical Management: Lead and oversee all technical aspects of construction projects.
Design & Drawing Review: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accuracy and coordination.
Site Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and solve construction issues on site.
Quality Control: Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Project Coordination: Ensure technical activities support project schedule, cost, and overall project objectives.
Technical Documentation: Manage shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, material approvals, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
Problem Solving: Identify technical risks and provide practical solutions to avoid delays and rework.
Team Management: Lead, supervise, and develop engineers and technical staff.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety requirements, and relevant technical standards.
