Floor Supervisor

• Maintain an active presence on the dining floor to monitor service quality, enforce restaurant policies, and ensure full compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff, addressing performance issues and administering disciplinary action when necessary.
• Warmly greet guests, handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, and ensure a high standard of dining experience.
• Inventory and supply ordering, tally daily receipts, prepare bank deposits, and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Perform other related duties and special assignments as requested by management.
