Tea Kingdom Manager

Tea Kingdom is looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, maintain service and product standards, and ensure smooth and efficient branch performance.

The Manager will be responsible for staff management, sales performance, inventory control, customer service, store cleanliness, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can work independently, solve problems quickly, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced beverage environment.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Tea Kingdom branch.
• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure drinks and products are prepared according to Tea Kingdom standards.
• Monitor daily sales and overall branch performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Manage daily staff operations and resolve workplace issues.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding branch operations and staff matters.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports when required.
• Identify operational problems and take appropriate action to improve performance.
• Support promotions and activities to increase sales.
• Ensure the branch operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Take overall responsibility for staff performance, customer service, and daily branch operations.
