Creative and Operations Assistant
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Operations Assistant to join Aromier and help bring our creative ideas to life.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and loves beauty, lifestyle, fragrance, and branding.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Video Reviews (50%)
- Plan, film, and edit 1 short-form video daily (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook) showcasing and reviewing our products.
- Present on camera with confidence, demonstrating product features, aesthetics, and benefits.
- Engage with comments and keep track of trending video formats and audio.
2. Order Fulfillment & Studio Support (50%)
- Accurately inspect, wrap, and pack daily orders for delivery.
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate daily courier pickups.
- Keep the packing station, studio props, and inventory neat and organized.

- Hands-on editing experience using mobile tools like CapCut or native video platforms.
- Detail-oriented and careful when handling delicate items.
- Punctual, organized, and capable of managing daily tasks independently.
