Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including production planning, materials management, purchasing, inventory control, export logistics, packaging, and invoicing processes. The role ensures timely availability of materials, efficient procurement, cost-effective operations, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery of customer orders while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience managing export operations and international shipments preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, purchasing, and logistics.
• Understanding of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
