Brewing Technician
• Check, monitor, operate, and control the brewing, fermentation/storage, and filtration processes of beers and yeast management according to specified procedures and parameters
• Carry out propagation of new yeast with the assistance of QC team according to approved yeast propagation planning
• Ensure timely supply of bright beers according to required quantity and quality to all teams, in order to meet production schedules
• Do the preventive and breakdown maintenance as well as housekeeping
• Keep and maintain all machineries in good condition, cleanliness at all production times, especially after a maintenance day.
