The Branch Manager (BM) is responsible for the overall strategic leadership, operational management, and financial performance of the assigned branch, including direct supervision of the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and the credit team, to drive growth, ensure portfolio quality, and deliver excellent customer service. This role ensures that all branch operations and lending activities comply with NBC regulations and Vivath Golden Finance Plc.'s internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct overall branch operations, financial performance, and business growth targets.
• Oversee the credit staff to ensure effective credit appraisal, disbursement, and portfolio management.
• Monitor branch-level PAR and NPL metrics.
• Ensure all branch activities strictly comply with NBC regulations, AML/CFT laws, and internal risk policies.
• Oversee branch administration, internal controls, cash management, and security protocols.
• Mentor, evaluate, and manage branch staff to maintain high performance, integrity, and motivation.
• Identify local market opportunities, build community relationships, and expand the branch client base.
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly performance and financial reports to Department Management
