The Credit Officer is responsible for driving client acquisition, assessing creditworthiness, and managing the end-to-end loan process - from application and approval to disbursement and repayment. The role ensures timely collections, maintains strong customer relationships, and supports portfolio growth while minimizing credit risk for Vivath Golden Finance Plc

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess potential loan applicants through interviews and site visits.
• Analyze financial capacity and repayment ability to recommend loan approvals.
• Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Monitor portfolio quality, track PAR and NPLs, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Collect overdue and due repayments on time.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address client inquiries.
• Prepare accurate reports on loan performance for management review.
