Café Supervisor
JOB TITLE: CAFE SUPERVISOR
REPORTS TO: MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: NR 51, KANDAL AND NR 4, KAMPONG SPEU PROVINCE
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
• Staff Management: Train and schedule employees. Lead daily shift briefings and assign duties.
• Customer Service: Welcome guests, handle feedback, and resolve complaints quickly.
• Quality Control: Ensure food and drinks meet taste and presentation standards. Ensure the café, equipment, and dining areas are clean and safe.
• Inventory: Track stock levels, order supplies, and prevent waste.
• Hygiene & Safety: Enforce health, sanitation, and safety rules.
• Financial Duties: Process payments, manage cash registers, and track daily sales.

• At least 2-3 years in Supervision role for Café /Restaurant
• Good command of English Language
• Microsoft Office and POS system knowledge.
