Graphic Designer (Photo & Video Editor)
• Design creative materials for marketing and branding purposes, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, advertisements, and presentations.
• Ensure all designs align with Soma Hotel’s brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and hotel events.
• Review and improve existing design materials when required.
• Edit and retouch hotel photos to professional standards for online and offline use.
• Edit promotional videos, reels, short-form content, and corporate videos.
• Organize, manage, and maintain a digital library of photos and video assets.
• Support photo and video shoots, including basic direction and setup when required.
• Create visual content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and online listings.
• Adapt designs and videos for different formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, digital
screens, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing team to meet content schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, F&B, and other departments to support promotions and events.
• Provide creative guidance and support to external vendors if required.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative tasks while maintaining high quality.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing (hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
• Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in social media content creation is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing (hospitality experience preferred).
