Engineer decor/Finishing $450-$550
• Supervise daily décor and finishing works, including:
o Wall and floor tiling
o Painting and decorative finishes
o Gypsum board and ceiling works
o Skim coat and plastering
o Flooring and other surface finishes
o Doors, windows, and related finishing works
o Sanitary and architectural accessories
o Interior and exterior decorative works
• Check construction work against approved drawings, specifications, samples, and material standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects, incomplete works, or non-conforming works.
• Ensure finishing works meet required quality, workmanship, safety, and aesthetic standards.
• Prepare and follow up on inspection requests, work approvals, and snag/punch lists.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Check quantities and material requirements for finishing works
• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and method statements when required.
• Report site progress, quality issues, delays, and other construction matters to the Project/Construction Manager.
• Supervise rectification of defects are properly completed before handover.
• Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Support final inspection, handover, and completion of units/buildings

职位要求
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably in finishing, décor, residential buildings, or borey projects.
• Good knowledge of finishing and architectural construction works.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, finishing methods, and quality standards.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and site workers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant construction software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Khmer construction practices and local materials is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably in finishing, décor, residential buildings, or borey projects.
