Accountant- Logistic- $350-$450
• Record and maintain accounting transactions related to logistics activities.
• Verify transportation, freight, warehouse, customs, and other logistics-related invoices.
• Check invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Monitor logistics expenses and ensure costs are correctly allocated to the appropriate department, shipment, project, or customer.
• Reconcile supplier statements, bank transactions, and logistics-related accounts.
• Track transportation and freight costs and prepare regular cost reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams regarding payment issues.
• Prepare monthly financial reports related to logistics operations.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
• Perform other accounting and logistics-related duties assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience; experience in logistics, transportation, trading, or supply chain companies is preferred.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Experience with accounts payable, invoice verification, reconciliation, and expense control.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience; experience in logistics, transportation, trading, or supply chain companies is preferred.
