Job Description
• Responsible for leading mechanical maintenance and repair work, diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and supervising junior mechanics to ensure equipment and vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
• Know how to repair heavy equipment and Asphalt bathing plant
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Supervise and train junior mechanics and technicians
• Check and inspection heavy equipment after repair
• Plan maintenance schedules and prioritize repair tasks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
• Prepare maintenance reports and service records
• Coordinate with operations and spare-parts teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic Engineer or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Mechanic Engineer for Manager level
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
