Engineer, Site
1. Technical Execution
-Review and interpret structural drawings, and technical specifications to guide the site workforce and prevent execution errors.
-Act as the first point of contact for technical issues that arise on-site, proposing practical engineering solutions or escalating complex design clashes to the structural engineer or architect.
2. Project Management & Supervision
-Oversee day-to-day operations on site, managing direct labor, site staff, and specialized subcontractors to ensure productivity.
-Calculate, monitor, and requisition construction materials, ensuring they meet specifications and arrive on time to prevent delays.
-Maintain detailed site diaries, daily logs, and progress reports. Assist the Project Manager in updating the master construction schedule.
-Liaise seamlessly with clients, architects, quantity surveyors, and local authority inspectors during site visits and evaluations.
3. Quality Assurance/Quality Control
-Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed work to ensure strict compliance with quality standards, building codes, and project specifications.

1. Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
-Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role is preferred.
2. Skills and knowledge:
o Strong ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex architectural and structural drawings.
o Proficiency in construction software including AutoCAD, MS Project, and standard Microsoft Office tools.
o Ability to assert authority, motivate site teams, and manage diverse groups of subcontractors.
o Decisive and analytical thinkers who can make rapid, safe decisions under pressure.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
o Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate active construction terrain.
o Good command of Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
