Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site operations, ensuring interior fit-out projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.

- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and report site progress.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Manage material deliveries and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Ability to read construction and shop drawings.
Knowledge of interior finishing works and construction processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
