Purchasing Supervisor - B2B
- Supervise daily purchasing of fruits, vegetables, dry store, chilled, and frozen products.
- Source and maintain reliable suppliers to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
- Monitor daily market prices, seasonal availability, and product quality.
- Ensure purchased products meet required quality, quantity, freshness, expiry, and temperature standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Receiving, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Follow up on supplier deliveries, shortages, quality issues, and product returns.
- Control purchasing costs and minimize spoilage, wastage, and unnecessary purchases.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and supplier records.
- Monitor supplier performance and develop alternative suppliers when required.
- Prepare purchasing reports and price analysis for management.
- Supervise and support Purchasing Officers and Outdoor Purchasers.

- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in food supply, distribution, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Good knowledge of fresh produce, dry goods, chilled and frozen products.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and market knowledge.
- Good Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and accountability.
- Good command of English and Khmer.
- 3–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in food supply, distribution, FMCG, or hospitality.
