Sales Manager
-Develop and implement sales strategies for all real estate projects.
-Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and action plans.
-Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Executives, sales teams, and company agency team.
-Monitor leads, conversion rates, sales pipeline, reservations, and closing performance.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and business partners.
-Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns, promotions, leads, and sales activities.
-Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer behavior.
-Ensure proper follow-up and CRM/App usage for lead and customer management.
-Review sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
-Support negotiation of major deals and high-value customers.
-Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, pricing, promotions, and approval procedures.
-Identify sales challenges and take corrective actions to improve team performance.

-5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales management role.
-Strong experience in real estate sales and/or property development.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM, digital leads, and sales performance management.
-Able to work under pressure and manage a large sales team.
-Strong network with property agents and business partners is an advantage.
