Senior Procurement-Oversea (Chinese Language)
** JOB SUMMARY
• Senior Procurement Officer (Overseas) is responsible of sourcing, strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most efficiently and cost-effectively for supporting organizational operations cost.
** JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Manage overall purchasing functions to ensure smooth and efficient activities.
• Develop, lead, and execute purchasing activities.
• Manage, source and evaluate/analyze suppliers in order to find out the profitable suppliers.
• Be able to negotiate price & term with supplier to be making sure that we get the best deal. keep follow up with both supplier and internal term regularly for that the transaction is going smooth.
• Make the proper purchasing planning best the logical data and situation.
• Ensure all procurement requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Ensure that purchased products or services are matched with the requirement of the requester.
• Maintain the sustainable relationship with suppliers and all stakeholders.
• Ensure that any purchase is followed the company process/policy.
• Ensure that the purchase delivery on time.
• Ensure all company information is highly kept as confidential and not leaked outside the company or unrelated parties.
• Be able to use web link with SAP System.
• Others tasks assign by Procurement Supervisor/Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant fields.
• At least 3-Years experience in purchasing or supply chains from China.
• Knowledge in all material from China is preferable.
• Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written.
• Solid judgment along with decision making skills and familiar with vendor sourcing.
• Knowledge of bidding, negotiation, communication and problem solving.
• Computer literacy especially MS Office, Excel, and other relevant system (SAP is the plus).
• At least 3-Years experience in purchasing or supply chains from China.
