FACTORY/GENERAL MANAGER
Leadership and People Management
• Lead, direct and develop department managers and over 400 employees across Production, HR, Cutting, Quality Control, Warehouse and Finishing.
• Build a performance-driven culture with clear targets, accountability and effective communication.
• Manage manpower allocation, absenteeism and workforce utilization in coordination with HR.
Production Operations
• Oversee daily production so that work flows smoothly from cutting to sewing, finishing and packing.
• Ensure production lines meet daily, weekly and monthly output targets while maintaining high productivity and product quality.
• Monitor the PPL to optimize production schedules, manpower allocation and capacity utilization.
Performance and KPI Management
• Monitor factory KPIs, including production efficiency, productivity, absenteeism, manpower utilization and on-time delivery.
• Hold regular production meetings with department managers to review performance, identify gaps and resolve operational issues.
Quality
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to reduce defects and improve Right-First-Time performance.
Continuous Improvement
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Maintenance and Equipment
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to minimize machine downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
Materials, Planning and Delivery
• Monitor inventory status, material planning and production flow to avoid shortages and shipment delays.
• Coordinate production planning and shipment schedules with Head Office.
Health and Safety
• Monitor and enforce Health and Safety standards across the factory, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Garment Technology, Production Management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including years of experiences in a senior factory management role.
• Proven experience managing large workforces (400+ employees).
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes: cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, line balancing and productivity improvement.
• Solid understanding of production planning, PPL/PPM, material planning and shipment scheduling.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, Health and Safety and social compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; [local language] preferred.
• Based at the factory, with regular floor presence and occasional coordination with Head Office.
• [Working hours / overtime expectations / travel, if applicable]
• 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including years of experiences in a senior factory management role.
