Product Developer/Merchandiser

• Coordinate sample requests with design teams and upload design information into Win Fashion (or equivalent PLM system)
• Create and maintain source charts, style setups, and development records
• Manage first-line sample development and track sample progress
• Communicate daily with design and sales teams on design updates, garment fit, fabric, trims, and sample status
• Coordinate with pattern makers on garment construction and fit, providing recommendations during development
• Review and approve production tech packs, thread colors, lining colors, lab dips, and fabric/trim submissions
• Monitor sample room workflow to ensure priorities are completed on schedule
• Support product development for buyer programs (e.g., major retail accounts), including buy samples and fit samples
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution of product specs and timely development completion
