IT Manager
With the task of overseeing all IT functions of the company, the Manager needs to have expert knowledge of the industry’s best practices and stay up-to-date with advances. Their main responsibilities include:
Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the company’s overall IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and cloud-based systems. Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals. Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
Security & Access Control: Maintain network security, Active Directory, and secure company credentials and information systems
System Reliability: Ensure the reliable operation and uptime of critical systems, including the administration of backup and disaster recovery
Technical Support: Provide IT support and troubleshooting for users in Cambodia and overseas branches, including New York, Los Angeles, and China
IT Policy: Enforce IT policies and security procedures to ensure all operations align with management directives
Team Leadership: Supervise IT team members through training, task allocation, and performance evaluations
Strategic Planning: Coordinate with top management on IT projects, system implementations, technology upgrades, and process improvements

• Bachelor degree in computer science or information technology.
• At least 5 years’ experience in leading and managing IT team.
• Strong management skill, technical management, technical understanding, analyzing information, staffing, problem solving, coordination, strategy planning.
• Experience in designing and deploying network infrastructure.
• Experience in managing servers and data center.
• Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies.
• Excellence working knowledge of computer system, security, network and system administrator, databases and data storage systems, and phone system.
• CCNA certified is a plus.
• Good listening, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability of prioritize.
• Firm grasps on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
• Direct technological researches by studying organization goals and implements technological strategic solutions and practices.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Accomplish information technology staff results.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment.
• Develops personal growth opportunities.
• Documents all IT implementation
