CEM Technical Engineer
• Perform routine performance monitoring & troubleshooting, ensuring platform stability and maintaining data integrity in support business output.
• Oversees solution platform deployment and application integration, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Evaluates deliverability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness of service solutions to assist the Customer Success Architect (CSA) in optimization.
• Manages technical risks and issues during deployment and integration, including activities like network planning, integration verification, cutover, and optimization.
• Develops and executes deployment/integration solutions, while managing the capabilities of the project team (including Huawei and subcontracting personnel) to meet delivery requirements.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of the detailed solution and fulfil the technical approval management requirements. Develop acceptance criteria and organize internal and external UAT (User Acceptance Testing) acceptance.
• Manages technical risks and issues during deployment and integration, including activities like network planning, integration verification, cutover, and optimization by develop and optimize contingency plans, and promote the resolution of risks and issues.
• Supporting on platform maintenance, optimization and upgrade activities.

• Bachelor degree or above (Majors in telecommunications, IT, mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, AI, software engineering etc.)
• Good English Speaking, communication, logical analysis, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 1 years of telecom experience and above; candidate with core network / IP / switches related experience preferred.
• Familiar with datacom, core network, IT or network architecture.
• Be able to adapt to face-pace working environment and team player.
