Shop Drawing Officer
• Drawing Assignment Execution: Receive assigned drawings from the Senior Officer or Supervisor, and complete them accurately within the given timeline.
• Pre-Production Technical Review: Review 3D models and internal specifications before drafting, and flag unclear or missing details to the Senior Officer.
• Skill Development: Apply feedback from the Senior Officer and Supervisor to continuously improve drafting accuracy and technique.
• Quality Assurance & Verification: Check your own drawings for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the original 3D design before submitting them for review.
• Technical Support: Answer basic questions from Production about your own drawings, and refer more complex questions to the Senior Officer.
• Issue Escalation: Flag unclear specifications or technical issues to the Senior Officer or Supervisor rather than resolving them independently.
• Document Submission: Submit completed drawings to the Senior Officer or Supervisor for review and approval.
• Daily Drafting: Draft assigned 2D drawings from 3D SketchUp models according to the day's plan.
• Self-Check & Compliance: Cross-check your own drawings against the 3D model for accuracy before submission.
• Feedback Application: Apply revisions received from the Senior Officer or Supervisor promptly.

• Education Background: Diploma or vocational certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting; fresh graduates with strong CAD skills are welcome to apply.
• Basic Industry Awareness: Basic understanding of production and fit-out workflows is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to Learn: Openness to learning local production methods and site installation standards on the job.
Technical Skills / Software Knowledge
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Working ability to produce accurate 2D shop drawings from 3D references.
• 3D-to-2D Conversion: Able to read and navigate 3D SketchUp models to produce the corresponding 2D drawings.
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office for basic documentation and task tracking.
• Willingness to Learn Standards: Open to learning and applying company-specific drawing templates and standards.
