Operations Manager
1. Daily Operations & Scheduling Management
-Plan, organize, and optimize daily schedules and routes for technicians and cleaning staff to ensure timely service delivery.
-Allocate human resources, chemical stock, and specialized equipment based on daily job requirements.
-Oversee the execution of highly technical and high-risk services, particularly Fumigation and Bird Control (working at heights), ensuring strict adherence to protocols.
2. Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction
-Conduct regular, random on-site quality checks to ensure treatments and cleaning services meet company standards.
-Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service quality promptly, implementing corrective actions.
-Collaborate with the Sales Team to conduct site surveys for large corporate clients (factories, warehouses, hotels) to assess scope and technical requirements.
3. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance
-Enforce strict chemical safety protocols, ensuring all team members use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
-Maintain safety standards for hazardous tasks, including high-rise exterior cleaning and bird netting
installations.
-Ensure all chemical handling, storage, and disposal comply with local environmental and health regulations.
4. Team Leadership & Technical Training
-Manage, mentor, and motivate field supervisors, technicians, and cleaning crews.
-Design and execute continuous training programs on new pest management techniques and safe chemical application.
-Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions within the operations department.
5. Inventory & Asset Management
-Monitor and manage the inventory of chemicals, baits, cleaning detergents, and equipment to prevent shortages.
-Oversee the maintenance and calibration of operational assets, including fogging machines, industrial vacuums, and company vehicles.
6. Reporting & Financial Control
-Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management (covering job completion rates, chemical consumption, and team performance).
-Monitor operational costs and look for ways to improve efficiency without compromising service quality.

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Entomology, or
a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the Pest
-Control, Fumigation, or Industrial Cleaning sector.
-Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pest biology, termite management, fumigation protocols, and
industrial cleaning standards.
-Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills in
both Khmer and English (written and spoken).
Other: Ability to work flexible hours, handle high-pressure situations, and possess a valid driver’s license
