RETAIL OPERATION SUPERVISOR ( Petroleum Company)

Location : Head office Phnom Penh , with regular travel to station across Cambodia.

Retail Fuel Business will lead the development, opening, operation, and expansion of SAVIMEX retail fuel stations in Cambodia. The role carries full responsibility for operational performance, sales growth, profitability, customer experience, fuel inventory control, HSSE compliance, staff management, and implementation station standards.

Job description:
- Develop SAVIMEX’s retail fuel-station strategy and expansion plans.
- Manage daily operations across all retail stations.
- Build, train, and supervise the retail operations team.
- Manage station sales
- Establish operational, customer-service, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian regulations and HSSE standards.
- Coordinate with construction, finance, marketing, supply, and technical teams.
- Maintain brand and service standards.
- Monitor station performance and conduct regular inspections.
- Support the development of COCO, CODO, and dealer-operated station models.
- Evaluate potential locations based on traffic, competition
