Production / Operation Manager

1. Ensure production goals are met in all areas according to plan and specifications.
2. Planning and organizing production schedule.
3. Ensuring the health and safety regulations are met.
4. Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials
5. Organizing relevant training sessions
6. Overseeing production processes
7. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
8. Determining quality control standards
9. Execute short term production plan based on long term production plan.
10. Works closely with Quality Control and Grading departments.
11. Plans with team production, anticipates problems and suggest corrective actions.
12. Maintain a normal production output.
13. Create and maintain a balanced work flow.
14. Keep record of stock and make a purchase plans for necessary tools.
15. Continuously strive to raise standard.
