Junior Digital Marketring Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to support the growth of Chetak EV and Triumph Motorcycles by combining digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, sales support, and showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Create and manage short-form video content, product content, showroom content, and campaign materials.
• Shoot and edit engaging videos using CapCut or similar tools, and use AI tools to improve content production.
• Manage social media content calendars, posting, community engagement, and basic performance tracking.
• Support digital campaigns, promotions, product launches, test rides, events, and lead-generation activities.
• Manage customer inquiries and digital leads, coordinate follow-ups, and support conversion to showroom visits and sales.
• Support daily showroom operations, including product display, customer experience, test-ride coordination, and showroom activities.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure leads, customer feedback, and showroom opportunities are followed up effectively.
• Support Chetak Customer Experience Center activities and maintain a strong, premium brand presentation.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer feedback, and digital performance to recommend improvements.
