Digital Sales
1. Handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms (website, portals, social media, campaigns).
2. Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
4. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
6. Assist senior sales executives in closing deals.
7. Provide timely follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
8. Stay updated on ongoing projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
9. Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

5. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms is an advantage.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
7. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
