Decor Engineering (Finishing work)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, supervise, and execute finishing work for architectural and interior projects, including but not limited to painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and decorative installations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret design plans and ensure accurate implementation of finishing details.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials, manage timelines, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or design-related issues during the finishing phase of projects.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, material usage, and project reports.
- Ensure all finishing work is completed within scheduled timelines and budget constraints.
