Senior Officer, Delivery Planning & Operations
1. Supply planning with demand forecasting with analyzing historical data, market trends of customer order patient and customer behavior to phasing upcoming demand for seasonal, peak time, market activities that can align and support delivery operations.
2. Delivery capacity assessment through the listing for the availability of all key supply sources and evaluate the performance between supply planning and delivery operations including workforce skills, the expertise of field operations, equipment and infrastructure.
3. Visualize and compare the gap analysis with root cause for responsive and corrective action for the projected demand against supply planning that are available resources to identify any deficits and excesses.
4. Implementing and adjusting the outsource strategies with procurement to bridge identify gaps to quick respond on priority issue to minimize impact on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction to support business route to market and coverage.
5. Monitoring and adjustment on routine and planning the supply schedule throughout delivery capacity is an ongoing process, active contracted sources that requires continuous monitoring and adjustment to validate and reliable for adapting during the period of changing demand to identify potential issue, prevents bottleneck before cause any delays.
6. With operational efficiency to optimize resource allocation, ensuring the productive and effective all delivery resources are not idle or overloaded that require the process of check and balance to calibrate the service provide is to certify from business model and target
7. Improved customers satisfaction is a key measurement for output result of supply planning to ensure products or services are delivered on time, meeting customer expectation and enhancing the customer experience.
8. With competitive advantage and cost effective to support business remain competitive by proactively managing resources and adapting to market change.

1. Education:
o Bachelor Degree in Management, Administration, Accounting or related fields.
2. Experiences:
o Minimum 3-year experiences, ideally in supply chain management or fast-moving logistic environment, particularly related to supply planning/transportation logistics.
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Email Outlook and SAP or ERP System)
o Be able to use good English and Khmer
o Bachelor Degree in Management, Administration, Accounting or related fields.
