Outsourcing Coordinator - up to 400$
- Analyze and optimize JDE systems to support production planning, material requirements, inventory control, and overall production processes.
- Set up and maintain item master data and stock records, ensuring accurate and timely system information for production and procurement activities.
- Develop and monitor production schedules, track daily progress, and proactively resolve production delays or operational issues to achieve manufacturing targets.
- Analyze purchasing requirements and coordinate with local and outsourcing vendors for consumables, materials, machinery, quotations, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and smooth production operations.
- Prepare and analyze production performance reports, generate purchase orders and payment transactions in JDE, and support continuous improvement of production efficiency and processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 2 years in production and outsourcing vendor management
- Experience using JDE or SAP systems is plus (JDE preferred)
- Experience in investigating drawings
- Ability to take prompt actions and develop recurrence prevention plans through failure analysis
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English, Chinese or Korean is a plus
- More than 2 years in production and outsourcing vendor management
- Experience using JDE or SAP systems is plus (JDE preferred)
- Experience in investigating drawings
